Operating costs
Build fees are agreed before work begins. Hosting, domain, AI, and third-party services are paid directly through your accounts as required by the project.
Optional maintenance
Documentation, training, initial support, and defect warranty are defined in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance has its own scope, work allowance, and response times; new features are quoted separately.
